Ordering & Payment?
You can place your order right here from our website, direct online at and pay via PayPal / Visa / Mastercard credit/debit card. How Will I Know That You Have Received My Order?
Once you have completed checkout and payment online you will receive an email confirmation receipt and acknowledgement of your order.
How Can I Pay?
We accept Pay Pal and all major credit cards. We do not handle any information regarding your credit card. Your credit card is not charged until final review & confirmation on your order via our website. Paypal receives and handles your details with complete privacy and safety through its encrypted pages, we do not receive or handle any credit card info.
All orders are being shipped directly from our Suppliers outside New Zealand. Orders are shipped within two working days by post and delivery is at two weeks on average. Flowerseeds.co.nz attempts to ensure seeds listed are eligible for import to New Zealand, however importers and buyers should check biosecurity requirements as the legal obligation to meet requirements lies with the buyer. All goods are shipped within 2 working days by us to you via regular postal shipping service & delivered to the address you supply at the time of order. Please ensure you supply us with a correct address where you, or an agent on your behalf can receive the shipped goods in person. CHARGES: For all orders there are pre-set, calculated delivery charges that apply to each package, depending on the weight of your order. These are calculated, displayed and applied at the time of checkout.
If by the remote chance your item is sub-standard, damaged or incomplete or is just not what you ordered, simply return it to our dispatch address. Be sure to enclose a description of the problem along with the product in its packaging, and we will send you a full refund or replacement once we receive your order back. If this is the case, you can return the item for an exchange or refund, but you will need to cover the cost of return shipping yourself.
NOTE: We can only offer a refund up to 40 days maximum from date of payment.
